Hey Otti is an offline iOS / iPadOS app for learning German, built bilingually for Chinese speakers and German speakers: every word, explanation and interface label is available in both 中文 and Deutsch. The app is available on the App Store now. This page is the official support channel.

Where can I download Hey Otti?
Hey Otti is live on the App Store — search for "Hey Otti" on your iPhone or iPad. The main page lists the current status of all apps.
Who is Hey Otti for?
Hey Otti teaches German with a fully bilingual interface: Chinese speakers learning German get explanations in 中文, and German speakers can switch the interface to Deutsch. You can change the language at any time in Settings.
Does the app need an internet connection?
No. All vocabulary, audio (Apple's built-in TTS), and learning content are bundled in the app. It works fully offline.
Does my progress sync between iPhone and iPad?
Not automatically. Progress is stored locally on each device. You can move your data between devices manually with the built-in backup/restore file.
Are there subscriptions or in-app purchases?
No. Hey Otti is a single one-time purchase. No ads, no subscriptions, no tracking.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Hey Otti purchase, and choose "Request a refund."
What data does the app collect about me?
None. See the privacy policy for details.
